Delivery available within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Delivery personnel will contact you by phone to schedule or confirm the delivery time.
Three delivery options are available:
1. Curbside Delivery: Delivery personnel will drop off the Deeptime Cold Plunge outside your entrance.
2. Doorstep/Interior Delivery: Delivery personnel will bring the package to a designated dry area inside your home (e.g., the garage).
3. Delivery & Installation Service: Includes unpacking and installation at your desired location (available for all-in-one units only).
Please note: Do not power on or use the unit immediately upon receipt; allow it to sit undisturbed for 24 hours before turning it on to prevent potential malfunctions.
