Changing the Filter
- First, pause Deeptime Cold Plunge by pressing the pause button on the screen/app, then confirm again that no nozzles are running.
- Press gently to remove the round filter cartridge housing cover.
- If the filter cartridge housing cover is too tight, you can use the provided filter cartridge wrench to loosen it and expose the filter cartridge.
- Remove the dirty filter cartridge and scrape away any remaining debris inside the housing.
- Insert a clean filter cartridge. Ensure the filter cartridge is fully installed before tightening the cover. Please follow these guidelines to ensure the filter cartridge is installed correctly:
-
- Correctly installed filter cartridge: The raised portion at the bottom of the filter cartridge assembly should be aligned with the center hole of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge should be placed vertically and should not touch the inner wall of the filter cartridge housing. There should be a gap between the filter cartridge and the housing.
- Incorrectly installed filter cartridge:The filter cartridge is not placed vertically but rests against the inner wall of the filter cartridge housing.
6.Check that the O-ring at the top of the filter cartridge housing is still securely in place and that there is no debris in the gap.
7.Tighten the filter cartridge housing cover back on, always by hand. Be careful not to overtighten, as this may damage the threads. If you feel resistance when tightening the cap, be sure to check that the filter cartridge is installed correctly before continuing.
