Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 14 days to request a refund after receiving. Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the costs of shipping your return. If you are unsure you will keep your unit, we recommend keeping the original packaging & pallet as it will be costly to replace. The unit must be in original, working condition to receive a full refund, otherwise partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Deep Time. Returns :
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.(Original shipping packaging)
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order status is shipped but you have not received it, you can cancel the order and only pay a 5% fee of the total order amount. If you refund after receiving the goods, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
If your order has been generated but not shipped, you can cancel the order at no charge.
Remember that each product is handmade and each product has its own unique characteristics. Our limited warranty further extends your coverage for standard defects that may occur while diving.

Before returning or exchanging goods, you need to contact the official staff to complete the information confirmation, otherwise the warehouse cannot accept it.
Note: If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and within one day after placing the order, the order can be canceled.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct ,and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
