Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, all returned items will be subject to a 10% relisting fee.

If your order status shows as shipped but you have not yet received the goods, you can cancel the order for a 5% handling fee on the total order amount.

Returns and Eligibility:

  • We only accept returns and exchanges for brand new, unused products.
  • You can return or request a refund within 14 business days of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in their original condition as received.
  • We will process your return and refund within 15 business days of receiving your return email.
  • Your goods must be in their original packaging (original shipping packaging).
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Deeptime will provide a replacement system first.
  • Only returns of machines that were not working properly when shipped are accepted.
  • Return Policy: Customers must return products within 15 days.
  • Return Method: If the return is due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for returning the product and covering the shipping costs. The return shipping label is the customer's responsibility, depending on the courier company chosen.
  • Refund Processing Time:The fees paid by the user will be returned to the original payment method within 15 business days after the refund is processed.

Before returning or exchanging an item, you need to contact customer service to confirm the information; otherwise, the warehouse will not be able to process the return.

If the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
