Q3: How to choose a right machine?
A: If you have an experience in using this kind of machines, you can choose one according to the specification data of the machine that you have used. If no, you can choose a suitable one according to the water volume, the target temp and cooling time you expected, or please let us help, we have our professional engineering team who will be happy to give you a recommendation.
Q4: How would i know if your ice bath machine is compatible with my existing bathtub or pool? and is it easy for me to install or operate?
A: Don't worry, to offer you good experence, our engineers have taken this into consideration, you don't have to be an atechnical person to start using our ice bath machines, it is easy for you to install and operate, simply use your existing bath you like or any tubs/pools/tanks will work very well.
Q5:Is it really an interest-free 24-installment plan?
A:Yes, through our partner KLARNA, we offer interest-free installments of up to 24 installments. Q6:What if I'm not completely satisfied with my Deep Time Plunge?
A:If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 14 days to request a refund after receiving. Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the costs of shipping your return. If you are unsure you will keep your unit, we recommend keeping the original packaging & pallet as it will be costly to replace. The unit must be in original, working condition to receive a full refund, otherwise partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Deep Time. A:Great news! Our incredible engineering team has developed and tested a cold water specific protocol to keep your Cold Plunge sparkling clean. You can buy accessories to keep your bathtub clean.
