Deeptime Cold Plunge Error Codes

The Deeptime Cold Plunge All-In is equipped with error codes designed to protect the chiller in the event there's an obstruction or unsafe environment that could potentially cause damage.

P01-Fault of flow switch

Please check whether the water circuit is operating normally.First, check if the filter cartridge is clogged. If so, clean it promptly. After cleaning, let it sit for a while and check if the error code returns to normal.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

P11-Exhaust temperature protection

Please keep the airinthe chiller open.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

P15-Prevent the excessive temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water

Check the pump for working  properly.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

P25-Environmental temperature protection

Please keep the air in the chiller open.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

P09-Low suction gas temperature

please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

E01-Exhaust temperature fault

If a short circuit is detected in the exhaust temperature sensor at any time after the unit is powered on, or if an open circuit is detected in the exhaust temperature sensor 10 minutes after the compressor has been running, the unit is considered to have an exhaust temperature sensor fault and will shut down for protection.

This fault can be recovered by power-off.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

E05-Fault of coil temperature

The unit is tested after power-on. If a short circuit or open circuit is detected in the coil temperature sensor at any time, the system will not shut down.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

E09-Return temperature failure

After the unit is powered on, if a short circuit or open circuit is detected in the return temperature sensor at any time, it is determined to be a return temperature sensor fault, and the system will not shut down.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

E19-Water inlet temperature failure

The unit is tested after power-on. If a short circuit or open circuit is detected at any time in the inlet water temperature sensor, it is determined to be a faulty inlet water temperature sensor, and the system is shut down.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

E18-Outflow temperature failure

The unit is tested after power-on. If a short circuit or open circuit is detected at any time in the outlet water temperature sensor, it is determined to be a faulty outlet water temperature sensor, and the entire system is shut down.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

E13-Cooling coil temperature failure

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

E21-Communication failure

During the power-on process, the remote controller failed to receive a motherboard status signal for 10 consecutive seconds, which was determined to be a communication failure.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.

E22-Environmental temperature failure

The unit is tested after power-on. If a short circuit or open circuit is detected in the outdoor ambient temperature sensor at any time, it is determined to be a fault in the outdoor ambient temperature sensor, and the system will not shut down.

If the problem persists, please contact the Deeptime team for assistance.
