Caring for Your Deeptime Chiller Series

We're thrilled that you and your guests are enjoying the Deeptime Cold Plunge! To keep it running smoothly and the water sparkling clear, here is the guide on how to take care of your Deeptime Cold Plunge. Remember, skipping the maintenance steps will damage your Cold Plunge and even void its warranty, so let's keep it in tip-top shape together!

Please note: these recommendations are the minimum requirement. If you have the Deeptime Cold Plunge outside or in a environment where it may be prone to more dirt or debris, you may need to service the unit more frequently than what is recommended here. 

Weekly at Minimum: 

  • Clear the water of debris using the skimmer net. 
  • Clear any debris from the drain screens.
  • Wipe any film at the water line. 
  • Make sure to regularly test and maintain your water chemistry 

Once a month at Minimum:

  • Change Your Filter

    • Failure to change your filter regularly may result in reduced water flow, potentially causing damage to your Cold Plunge's system.

Every 3 Months at Minimum: 

  • Change out the water

    • Replacing the water periodically will help preserve the cleanliness and safety of the water, ensuring the long-term optimal performance of the unit.
  • Clean Drain Strainers (FiberCore Tub)

    • Cleaning the drain strainers will help maintain the cleanliness and flow rate of the unit and protect the system from longterm damage. 

Every 1 Year at Minimum: 

  • Deep Clean

    • Doing a deep clean every year will aid in keeping the unit functioning well long-term.
